Free to Use Wi-Fi Router:

• The customer agrees to the below terms and conditions to avail the Connection

• Wi-Fi router / ONU is being provided to customer of Neolog Broadband on “FREE TO USE” basis only

• This is applicable to all Customers

• The customer is required to ascertain that the Wi-Fi router is in working condition during and after installation.

• Wi-Fi Router is FREE for use during the plan validity period and will be available for use as long as the customer is an active subscriber of Neolog Broadband.

• The Customer is required to return the Wi-Fi router to Neolog Broadband in working condition along with all accessories after suspension or disconnection of their services.

• Neolog Broadband will install & trouble-shoot the Wi-Fi router. Customers are required to take due care of Wi-Fi routers. In the event of damage to the Wi-Fi Router, the customer is liable to be charged on the sole discretion of Neolog Broadband for replacement of the router.

• Wi-Fi Router’s performance is dependent upon a number of factors including the number of devices accessing the internet, router technical specifications, structural design of home/office, router placement etc. Neolog Broadband does not take liability on performance of the router in any of these cases.
